Buffalo Grand Hotel financing deal falls through

I've been following the news about the Buffalo Grand Hotel and was really hoping it would get back on its feet. Unfortunately, it looks like the financing deal has fallen through. I've lived in the downtown area for years and it's sad to see such a historic building sitting empty.

I've heard rumors that the city is looking for new investors to come in and revive the project. I hope that's true, because it would be a huge boost to our city's economy and reputation.
