Concerned about the Seneca Street fire

I was driving down Seneca Street yesterday and saw the fire trucks outside the old warehouse near Cazenovia Park. Does anyone know what caused the fire? I hope it wasn't related to the new construction going on in the area. I've lived in South Buffalo my whole life and it's always concerning to see fires in our neighborhood.

I'm just glad that the firefighters were able to contain it quickly and no one was hurt. I've heard rumors that the warehouse was being converted into apartments, which would be great for the area. Fingers crossed that the damage isn't too extensive and the project can still move forward. Anyone have any updates on the situation?
