Fastest-Growing Home Prices in the Buffalo Metro Area

I just saw an article about the cities with the fastest-growing home prices in the Buffalo metro area and I was surprised to see that some of the suburbs are experiencing such rapid growth. As someone who is looking to buy a house in the near future, I’m interested in learning more about the different neighborhoods and what they have to offer. I’ve been looking at houses in the University Heights neighborhood, near the University at Buffalo, and I love the area. But I’m also considering other neighborhoods like Parkside and Elmwood Village.

Has anyone else noticed the changes in the housing market? What are some of the most up-and-coming neighborhoods in the area? I’d love to hear about your experiences and get some recommendations. I’ve heard that the restaurants on Hertel Avenue are amazing - has anyone tried any of them?
