Fire on Seneca Street, anyone have info?

I was driving down Seneca Street this morning and saw a bunch of fire trucks and police cars outside a building near the intersection with Cazenovia Street. Does anyone know what happened? I hope it wasn't a serious fire and that everyone is okay. I've lived in the South Buffalo neighborhood my whole life and it's always scary to see something like this happen so close to home.

I'm going to try to find out more information and will post an update if I hear anything. In the meantime, if anyone has any info or saw what happened, please let me know. I'm worried about the businesses on that block, like Gene McCarthy's and Charlie's Boat Yard, and hope they weren't affected by the fire.
