Ingram Micro is coming to Downtown Buffalo

I just heard that Ingram Micro is bringing 1,200 employees to their new office on Main Street in Downtown Buffalo. I work at a coffee shop on Elmwood Avenue and I'm excited to see all the new faces, hopefully they'll be stopping by for a cup of coffee on their way to work. I've been living in the Allentown neighborhood for a few years now and it's amazing to see all the new developments popping up around the city.

I'm a little concerned about the traffic on Main Street though, it's already pretty congested during rush hour. I hope the city has a plan to improve the infrastructure to accommodate all the new commuters. Has anyone else heard about this or have any thoughts on how it will affect our community?

I'm looking forward to seeing the impact that Ingram Micro will have on our local economy, maybe it will even bring some new businesses to the area. I've heard rumors that there are plans to renovate some of the old buildings on Genesee Street, maybe we'll see some new restaurants or shops popping up soon.
