What's actually happening with the Simon Electric properties?

Saw this morning that Douglas Jemal is putting the Simon Electric properties back on the market instead of developing them himself. Does anyone know if there are serious buyers already in the mix?

That block has felt stuck in limbo for as long as I can remember, and I was genuinely excited about the Jemal project moving it forward. Now I'm just worried we're looking at another five years of the same empty lot.
