What's your favorite Buffalo restaurant?

I'm always looking for new places to try in Buffalo. As a resident of the Elmwood Village, I have to say that my favorite restaurant is still Charlie the Butcher's Kitchen. Their burgers are amazing and the service is always friendly. What about you, what's your go-to spot?

I've also been meaning to try out some of the new restaurants that have opened up on Hertel Avenue. Has anyone been to the new Italian place that just opened up?
