The Clarence Red Devils continued their perfect start to the 2026 season with a decisive 32-7 victory over Grand Island on April 3. Clarence’s offense, led by senior quarterback Liv Bell, proved too dynamic for Grand Island’s defense, consistently moving the ball through both the air and on the ground.
Bell added to her standout early-season campaign, contributing to multiple touchdowns while maintaining her reputation as one of Section VI’s top playmakers. Her dual-threat ability has been central to Clarence’s offensive identity, with the team now firmly positioned as an early favorite in the expanding girls' flag football landscape.
Defensively, Clarence limited Grand Island’s opportunities and forced key stops throughout the game. With a 3-0 record, the Red Devils are quickly establishing themselves as one of the premier programs in Western New York.
